To provide efficient and professional administrative and hire desk support to the Depot Manager and Workshop Manager whilst ensuring full compliance with the appropriate Company’s Policies, Procedures and Legal requirements.

To deliver and collect equipment to and from customer sites in an effective, safe manner and to ensure customer satisfaction by prompt and courteous service.

To undertake service and maintenance tasks under the direct supervision of an experienced mentor.

Reporting to Workshop Manager the main part of this role is to service and repair plant equipment.

To effectively lead and manage the Workshop activities so that they achieve the required ‘Standards of Quality of Service’ whilst ensuring full compliance with the appropriate Company’s Policies, Procedures and Legal requirements.

The main purpose of the role is to clean off plant and equipment ready for hire, collect spare parts, carry out repair and maintenance work and to ensure the workshop, offices and yard are kept clean and tidy to a good standard at all times.
