Clee Hill Plant has a nationwide network of 9 depots (Glasgow, Darlington, Stoke, Chesterfield, Ludlow, Corby, Andover, Dartford and Newton Abbot) with a fleet of over 2,500 machines.
We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Accounts Administrator based at our Head Office in Chesterfield (S41 0JW). Working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Your duties will include reception, various types of administration and aspects of Purchase Ledger, in order to support the Accounts team.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Transport Systems to ensure they meet legal, Company’s and Accredited Bodies’ requirements whilst delivering continuous performance improvements to the satisfaction of all our Stakeholders
Candidates are expected to have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills which are necessary to ensure efficient and high standards of service. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
Candidates must possess a valid driving licence.
